meshmesh

Description

Creates a mesh from a label image.

Usage example

1. Open a terminal and go to the directory of the “Ernie” example data set.

2. Run

meshmesh m2m_ernie/label_prep/tissue_labeling_upsampled.nii.gz ernie_again.msh

3. The ernie_again.msh file will be more or less the same as the m2m_ernie/ernie.msh
