meshmesh

Description
------------

Creates a mesh from a label image. 

Usage example
-------------

1. Open a terminal and go to the directory of the “Ernie” example data set.
2. Run

.. code-block:: bash

  meshmesh m2m_ernie/label_prep/tissue_labeling_upsampled.nii.gz ernie_again.msh

\

3. The *ernie_again.msh file* will be more or less the same as the m2m_ernie/ernie.msh
