Defines the Templates for file names used in SimNIBS

simnibs.atlases_surfaces¶

Path to the directory with the atlases surfaces (dir)

simnibs.mni_volume¶

Path to the NIfTI volume with the MNI template (T1, 1mm) (.nii.gz)

simnibs.freesurfer_templates¶

Path to the folder with FreeSurfer templates (dir)

simnibs.simnibs_logo¶

Path to the SimNIBS logo stored as triangle mesh (gmsh format)

simnibs.charm_atlas_path¶

Path to the charm atlas folders
